Welcome to Wikipediaconsultant.ae! These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use our website and services. By using our site, you agree to follow these rules. Please read them carefully.

If you don’t agree with anything here, please don’t use our website or services.

Wikipediaconsultant.ae offers help with creating, editing, and managing Wikipedia pages. These terms apply to anyone using our site or services.

“We,” “Us,” “Our” = WikipediaConsultant.ae

“You,” “Your” = the person using our services

“Services” = anything we do for you, like writing or editing a Wikipedia page

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be honest with the information you give us
• Be able to agree to these terms

We help you with Wikipedia pages. We follow Wikipedia’s rules, but we can’t promise that your page will be accepted or stay online forever. Wikipedia is managed by its own editors, not us.

• We don’t control what Wikipedia does with your page.
• We can’t promise your page will always stay live.
• We’re not responsible if Wikipedia changes or removes your page.

You agree to:

• Give us the correct and full information
• Use our services for legal and honest purposes
• Follow Wikipedia’s rules

You must pay in full before we start working. If your payment fails or is reversed, we may stop the service and take action to recover the amount.

We offer refunds only in these cases:

Refunds are possible if:

• We can’t publish your page after writing it
• We delay your report or draft
• You don’t get any reply after emailing us three times
• Your page gets deleted within 30 days and we can’t get it back

No refunds if:

• You only bought a report or draft, and your topic isn’t notable
• We advised against submitting it, but you asked us to do it anyway
• You didn’t give us info within 3 days of payment
• You didn’t tell us about past failed Wikipedia attempts
• The page was deleted because of changes you or someone else made
• You changed your mind after ordering
• You don’t respond to 5 emails or disappear for 6 months
• The page is deleted after 30 days and you didn’t buy maintenance
• We make the final decision about refunds.

• You get up to three free edits within 2–3 weeks of receiving your draft.
• Edits must be based on the original topic.
• Extra edits may cost more.
• Edit requests after 3 weeks may not be accepted for free.

Once you pay us fully, the work we create belongs to you. If you give us any material, you allow us to use it to complete the work. We may use non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We’re not responsible for:

• Any losses caused by a page being removed or changed
• Lost business or reputation
• More than the amount you paid us for the service

We keep your information private. We only use it to deliver your service. We won’t share it unless required by law or with your permission.

These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal issues will be handled by UAE courts.

We may change these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page. If you keep using our site, it means you accept the new Terms.
